A little about my journey…

I grew up in the Steel town city of Hamilton, Ontario, and now proudly call Woodstock, Ontario my home. My academic journey led me to Humber College, where I completed an intense four-year program focused on Business Management and Advanced Culinary Arts. I launched my culinary career fresh out of school at the esteemed Four Seasons in Toronto, taking on the role of a 3rd Cook at the renowned Seasons Restaurant, where I diligently worked my way up to earn the title of Chef de Partie. My journey then took me to some downtown Toronto classical French bistros, eventually bringing me back to Hamilton as the youngest Restaurant Chef at Sheraton’s Chagall's Fine Dining, where I refined my craft. Following that, I ventured out to the stunning city of Vancouver, where I had the incredible opportunity to work alongside top chefs, assuming a Sous Chef/Management role at Bridges on Granville Island Vancouver, then opening a Bistro in Vernon, BC and later back to the mainland Vancouver a Sous Chef position at the Sheraton Plaza. After spending three fruitful years in the West, I made the decision to return to Ontario, where I aimed to establish a still operational local Pub business in Woodstock, ON while also honing my skills in the sales consulting field within the culinary industry. In 2009, I took a leap of faith and started a Personal Chef business part-time as a way to entertain my friends. To my delight, a few years later, that initial endeavor blossomed into a full-time venture that to this very day, I am incredibly passionate about!
